THIS VIDEO IS FROM OFFICER RANSEUR'S CAR THE NIGHT OF THE ACCIDENT.
THE VIDEO RUNS FOR 4:54 WHILE SHE IS DRIVING.
THEN THE VIDEO STOPS SECONDS AFTER SHE STOPS THE CAR.
Euless Police Officer Ramsour testified that she turned off her in-car
videotape camera before exiting her vehicle when she approached our
son to explain why the tape ended at that point. Police Cams are used
to serve as evidence and back-up. Why would you turn it off at the scene of an accident?

UPDATE 2010
It has been determined by a Video Editor who
has performed work for the FBI, that the webcam
had not been turned off, but the video had been edited.
This information was presented to the FBI
and they did not see a relevance.
